Suit Dispatcher Terms and Conditions

These terms are the agreement between the customer and Ads Promotions Online Services LLC, the company that operates Suit Dispatcher. In these terms, “Suit Dispatcher,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator. You must be at least 18, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and, if purchasing on behalf of a business, have authority to represent it.

1. Service and access

Suit Dispatcher provides freight dispatch tools, including cost and margin estimates, community-sourced broker information, document preparation, invoicing, and settlements. When you purchase a plan, you receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use its features for your authorized business operations during the period covered by the plan. Protect your access key and tell us if you discover unauthorized use.

2. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Plan Term and billing
Monthly Billed every month until you cancel renewal.
Annual Billed every year until you cancel renewal.
One-time payment or “lifetime” One payment covers access and service updates for as long as Suit Dispatcher continues to offer the service. The minimum service commitment in section 3 applies.

Before you confirm a purchase, you can review the price, currency, applicable taxes, and discount terms. By confirming a subscription, you authorize the recurring charges shown for that plan. To stop future charges, send your cancellation before the next renewal. You keep access through the paid period unless the purchase is refunded or a suspension is justified. 3. What we guarantee with the one-time payment plan

We guarantee that you will receive the service you purchased for at least 12 months from the date we activate your access. If we cannot activate your access, or if we become unable to provide the service before fulfilling that minimum, we will initiate a full refund of the amount you paid for the plan. We will do so without prorating the refund or requiring you to request it, including when an outside event prevents us from fulfilling the commitment.

After 12 months, your access and updates continue without another fee for as long as Suit Dispatcher remains in operation. If the service closes after fulfilling the minimum term, that closure alone does not trigger the first-year refund.

All three plans carry a separate seven-calendar-day refund policy for the initial purchase. After that window, choosing to stop using the platform or changing your mind does not qualify for a refund under the 12-month commitment. You retain any other rights available under applicable law. 4. Service availability

Maintenance, a hosting provider outage, a power or internet outage, a cybersecurity incident, a natural disaster, or a government order may interrupt service. An unavailable public registry or integration may affect only one feature, such as a broker lookup.

For material incidents, we will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers, limit disruption, and restore access. A brief interruption that is resolved does not by itself trigger a refund. If an interruption prevents us from fulfilling the minimum service commitment on a one-time payment plan, the full refund in section 3 applies.

5. Intellectual property and reverse engineering

The operator and its licensors retain their rights in Suit Dispatcher’s code, design, written and visual content, trademarks, and protected selection or arrangement of materials. Your license covers ordinary use of the features, such as downloading an invoice or sending a setup pack you prepared. You retain your rights in your own documents and data.

Unless you have prior written authorization, you may not do any of the following yourself or through someone else:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, or attempt to reconstruct its source code or internal components.
  • Bypass access controls, licensing, authentication, or technical protection measures, acquire someone else’s access keys, or use private interfaces without authorization.
  • Copy, modify, distribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works of the software or protected materials beyond the scope of the license.
  • Use automated tools to extract content or databases in bulk without authorization, or use those materials to reproduce and distribute a copy of the service.
  • Remove copyright notices, trademarks, or rights management information, or claim the protected materials as your own.

These restrictions apply to the extent permitted by law. They preserve activities that applicable law allows despite these terms and permissions granted under licenses for third-party components.

6. Customer content and account conduct

Upload only data and documents you are entitled to process. You authorize us to process them to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, and protect the service. Check the recipient of each export. Fraud, spam, malicious code, and unauthorized access to another person’s account or documents are prohibited. Broker reports must have a factual basis and respect others’ privacy and rights.

We may restrict or suspend an account for fraud, nonpayment, unauthorized access, or a material breach, or to contain a security incident. When possible, we will explain why, and you may request a review. For intellectual property infringement, the operator may also pursue remedies available under applicable law.

7. Broker information, outcomes, and liability

Listings reflect community contributions and available references. Suit Dispatcher does not certify a broker’s identity, authority, creditworthiness, or safety, or guarantee payment on a load. Verify the counterparty and payment instructions before doing business. Calculations are estimates based on your inputs. Suit Dispatcher does not guarantee higher income, better rates, savings, booked loads, or specific business results. Disclaimer and use of information

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses arising from a customer’s decisions or independent acts of third parties. Our express purchase guarantees and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain enforceable.

8. Privacy, changes, and governing law

The Privacy Policy explains how we handle account and operational data, measure sales with advertising platforms, and honor your choices. We will communicate material changes to these terms and any price change before it applies to a renewal. We will honor the guarantees in effect when you purchased. Privacy Policy

Applicable Florida law and United States federal law govern these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. For contract questions, cancellations, or complaints, email [email protected].
