Reading a broker listing

Suit Dispatcher brings together reports from the community and, where available, public or third-party references. A listing may be incomplete, contain an error, or reflect circumstances that have changed since the last report. Labels such as “Approved,” “Conditional,” and “Blacklisted” describe the information available in the tool.

Suit Dispatcher does not certify that a broker is safe, holds active authority, is creditworthy, or will pay for a load. An absence of alerts can mean that nobody has reported an issue yet. A recently issued MC number or a negative report does not by itself establish fraud. Even a valid MC number can be used by someone impersonating its holder.

Before accepting a load or sending a W-9 or bank details, check the legal name, MC or USDOT number, and current operating authority against official records. Call a number you obtained independently to confirm who contacted you and verify any change to payment instructions. If you rely on factoring, confirm coverage for that transaction directly with your provider. FMCSA guide to broker and carrier fraud and identity theft

Reporting an incident or correcting a record

Describe what happened and when. Separate what you observed from your conclusions and say whether the dispute is still open. Both the reporting user and the broker involved may request a review. Email [email protected] with the business name, MC number, and the specific entry you believe should be corrected. Leave out bank details, tax IDs, and personal documents. If we need supporting material, we will explain how to provide it. We will review the listing and correct or remove information as appropriate.

Earnings, margins, and testimonials

Calculators use the information you enter. For example, the margin on an outbound load changes when you include the empty miles on the return trip, fuel, and factoring fees. Compare the estimate with your actual costs before quoting or booking.

Suit Dispatcher does not guarantee increased revenue or profit, savings, new loads, better rates, or payment of invoices. Results depend on how you use the tools, the quality of your inputs, your costs and decisions, market conditions, and the actions of third parties. Testimonials describe individual experiences.

Hours of service, invoices, and documents

Arrival and hours-of-service estimates help with route planning. Verify the driver’s actual hours, breaks, and applicable rules before dispatch. Review amounts, deductions, recipients, and attachments before issuing an invoice, preparing a settlement, or sending a setup pack. Suit Dispatcher provides operational tools and does not provide legal, tax, financial, insurance, or regulatory compliance advice.

The limitations in this notice apply to information and operational results. Purchase terms, the seven-day window, and the 12-month minimum for the one-time payment plan are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
