Ads Promotions Online Services LLC operates Suit Dispatcher and is responsible for the personal information it uses to run the website, manage accounts and sales, and advertise its services. When a business uses the app to manage driver or customer documents, that business decides what to upload and who receives its files. Suit Dispatcher processes that content to provide the features the business uses.
Information we use and why
| When you use the service | Information and purpose |
|---|---|
| Visit the site or sign in | IP addresses, browser details, device or session identifiers, and technical logs help us provide access, investigate errors, and detect misuse. The advertising section below explains how we use browsing information for marketing. |
| Create an account, make a purchase, or contact support | We use names, contact and billing details, plan and order references, and correspondence to activate access, answer questions, manage charges, renewals and refunds, and keep financial records. The payment provider processes payment method details. |
| Dispatch freight | You may enter carrier and driver profiles, MC and USDOT numbers, routes, mileage, rates, costs, invoices, and settlements. We use them to prepare the calculations, documents, and exports you request. |
| Assemble a setup pack | You may add operating authority documents, certificates of insurance, W-9 forms, driver’s licenses, and voided checks. They can contain signatures, tax IDs, license numbers, or bank details. The app processes them to store the files you select and prepare your pack. |
| Look up or report a broker | A listing may include a business name, MC number, public references, a status label, and incidents reported by the community. Other users may see community contributions. Include only the business information needed to explain an incident. |
The app stores work data on your device and can sync profiles and files with Supabase, our cloud infrastructure provider. Clearing your browser data can remove local copies. To ask about copies associated with your account, use the privacy contact below. If you download a PDF or send it to someone, the recipient also holds a copy.
Google, Meta, and sales tracking
We use Google, Meta, and other advertising platforms to promote Suit Dispatcher tools and measure which campaigns generate sales. For example, if you click an ad and buy a plan, we can attribute that purchase to the campaign to measure its performance and decide which ads to run.
On our marketing and checkout pages, cookies, tags, pixels, and similar technologies may send these platforms the page visited, referral source, click or browser identifiers, IP address, device information, and events such as starting checkout or making a purchase. Depending on the configuration, a purchase event may include its date, value, and currency. The sale we measure is the purchase of a Suit Dispatcher plan. Setup packs and freight invoices serve the operational purposes described above.
Where settings and your choices allow, providers may also match events to their own identifiers, build audiences, or personalize advertising. In some states, disclosing identifiers for advertising across different sites can qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information even when no money changes hands. Your privacy and communication choices
- Cookies and advertising. You can change the preferences shown on the site and manage cookies through your browser. To opt out of targeted advertising or the sharing of your information for that purpose, email the privacy contact below with the subject “Advertising preferences.” You can also adjust personalization in your Google and Meta accounts.
- Consent and browser signals. Where prior consent is required for advertising tracking, we will ask you to choose before enabling it. You can withdraw consent. Where legally required, we will treat recognized signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an opt-out request for the browser or device sending the signal.
- Communications. We use your contact details to deliver access and send account, security, billing, or support messages. You can buy a plan without signing up for promotions. To stop promotional messages, use the unsubscribe option in the message or tell us which channel you want to opt out of.
Who may receive information
We share the information needed by providers that handle hosting, synchronization, order management, payments, communications, and support. If you choose financing, the financing provider processes the information needed for that transaction under its own terms. Advertising platforms receive the measurement data described above. We may also disclose information as required by law or as appropriate to investigate fraud, respond to an incident, or protect legal rights.
Retention, security, and processing in the United States
We keep account information and operational files for as long as needed to provide the service. Retention of orders, invoices, and claims depends on accounting obligations, legal deadlines, and unresolved disputes. Once there is no longer a reason to retain data, we delete or anonymize it. Backup copies may remain until they cycle out. Recipients control the files you export to them.
Information may be processed in the United States. We apply safeguards appropriate to the information and any applicable transfer requirements. Protect your access key and device, and upload only documents you have authority to use. The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Access, corrections, deletion, and complaints

Depending on applicable law, you may access your data, obtain a copy, correct or delete it, object to certain uses, and limit the use of sensitive information. We will verify identity when necessary. If a customer business manages the data, we will coordinate the response with you or that business. We will respond within the applicable period. If we deny a request, you may ask for a review by replying through the same channel. You can exercise your rights without adverse treatment and contact the appropriate regulator.
We will communicate material changes to this policy through an appropriate channel.
